Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all Vitabiotics tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
